WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL, WHERE DO I CHECK-IN?
Our festival is held inside Proud lake State Recreation. Proud Lake is big and we use two different locations within the park.
The MAIN South Festival Grounds
3500 N Wixom Road
Commerce TWP 48382
The North Festival Grounds
Approximately .4 miles from the South Main Festival Grounds
3577 Sleeth Ct.
Commerce TWP 48382
The North Festival Grounds is where Camping, Glamping, Shala Bunkhouse stay. As well as our yurts and some of our smaller workshop classes are held. We emphasize the importance of looking at your daily schedule and the amount of time it may take you to get from one location to the other. 15-30 minutes walking depending on your pace!
If you prefer this year to be driven then there will be marked areas to get on our shuttles! This year we will offer a shuttle to run inbetween the South and North Grounds.
Is the festival Handicapt accessible?
If you are handicapped – please let us know and we will make sure to have shuttles take you back and forth from South and North Grounds. Also for parking, there will be shuttles. Please we aware that the Festival is outdoors and there are dirt roads, trails, hills, etc.
Will water be available?
Yes. We will have water stations and eco friendly cups. We strongly encourage you to reuse your bottles & be earth friendly.
WILL FOOD BE AVAILBLE ALL DAY?
We will be having terrific, mostly organic, local vendors selling their incredible food all throughout the weekend!
Breakfast will be running at 630am on Saturday and Sunday and we will have food until 11:00pm Friday and Saturday.
Note: the main vending area is at the MAIN South Festival Grounds. The North Grounds (Campers, Glampers and Shala Bunkhouse) will have a breakfast vendor close by Saturday & Sunday morning, but otherwise will need to make the .4 mile walk for the rest of the food.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! Kiddos under 12 are free. We offer childcare and kids yoga all throughout the weekend! Kids can also take class with you, just please use your disgression and be sure kids are not disruptive in class.
Can I bring my dog?
While we just ADORE dogs & technically in the recreation area dogs are allowed, we can’t allow dogs in the yoga zone.
Where do we park?
We have a parking crew to direct you where to go. You will need a state park pass – which will be available for purchase during the weekend.
There are two parking and check-in areas.
For Weekend Dancers (coming and going all weeked), VIP Bunkhouse, and Day Passes check-in is at the MAIN South Festival Grounds.

Parking is extremely limited. This year we will have shuttles going continually all weekend and you will directed to park and shuttle.
Note- vendors / teachers will also be shuttled this year. Anyone vending will be receiving info on how this will work from us directly.
Cars not parked in designated areas can be towed.
Cars without a state park pass you are subject to a ticket!
What about camping?
This year we have added an additional location in Proud Lake for camping and some of our classes. It is approximately .4 miles, a short path through the woods away from our check in area. Camping is limited and we expect to sell out! You’ll be able to choose our own area for camping in a large open field. There are several in door bathrooms available for use as well as outdoor toilets for campers to use. There is also a picnic shelter and a bonfire pit. If you purchased the Weekend Warrior Pass camping is included with your ticket. After your purchase, you will receive an email with more details and instructions regarding parking and camping. We also have a map to show you the layout of the land.
Can I come and go throughout the day & weekend?
Yes of course. The festival road does have a gate that will be locked at midnight on both Friday & Saturday night so unless you have a VIP pass you will have to leave by midnight.
