work with beth

Working with Beth is an invitation into something rare. From the moment you enter her world, you can feel it, the depth, the intention, the care in every detail. “I’m so happy that you’re here” isn’t just a welcome, it’s an energetic doorway into a space where you are fully seen, deeply held, and invited to soften into who you truly are. This is high-touch, intimate work designed for those who are ready to step beyond the surface and into something real.

Beth curates experiences that feel both luxurious and deeply personal, where connection, embodiment, and transformation unfold naturally. Her work is for those who are no longer available for playing small, who are ready to expand, to be witnessed, and to live in alignment with their purpose. This isn’t just access to a retreat or a program, it’s access to a level of depth, presence, and truth that stays with you long after you leave.

For MEN and WOMEN ready to lead with integrity and somatic intelligence.

Exclusive spaces for women to reclaim their power and presence.

ABOUT BETH

For over 20 years, I’ve been a yoga teacher, and the yoga and wellness world has truly been my lifeline for the last 25+ years. Like many young teachers, I began as a "maiden" — thirsty for knowledge and a different way of living. After earning a degree in anthropology, I left to explore the other side of the world for half a year, where I experienced my "young awakening." I discovered yoga, eastern spirituality, and the liberating call to purpose as I backpacked through Southeast Asia and New Zealand.

My early years as a yoga teacher were busy but challenging. Full-time teaching isn't a path for riches, and burnout eventually followed. Alongside my career struggles, I faced difficulties in my marriage, which left me feeling disconnected from my own spirit and wisdom. I questioned myself constantly:

  • Was I a bad yogi?

  • A bad teacher?

  • A bad person?

Then, my second awakening came. It was the year I decided to leave my painful marriage, which also coincided with the pandemic. This upheaval, both inner and outer, was intense, but I was ready for it.

At the time, I was already running yoga festivals and retreats and offering intimate women's workshops. Yet, I hadn't fully "leveled up" to embody my own feminine essence and power. I realized that I had been living seated in my masculine energy — even in relationships. This "aha" moment was a catalyst, pushing me to study masculine and feminine energy dynamics with renewed curiosity.

This time, however, the stakes were different. My purpose wasn't merely self-discovery but true heart healing, aligning deeply with my soul. During the pandemic, I immersed myself in learning from master teachers of masculine, feminine, and Tantric traditions. This journey led me to explore my inner child and engage in shadow work in ways I hadn’t imagined.

This period allowed me to shed the shame I'd carried for decades: shame about being a woman, about pleasure and sexuality, shame for hating my body, and for feeling jealousy and self-comparison. I began to understand that these parts we often reject as "unlovable" hold the keys to our true essence.

The practices I engaged in during this time are the very ones I now teach and coach women to explore within themselves.

I don’t claim to have it all figured out or offer a "perfect" step-by-step guide for authentic living. If you’re looking for someone to sit on a pedestal and act as an all-knowing authority, I’m not that teacher.

Instead, I want to walk beside you. I am a real woman with real struggles — as a mother, a fiancée, a soon-to-be wife, a daughter, a sister, and a friend. What I can guarantee is that I will show up authentically. I will no longer hide the parts of myself that I’m still learning to love, and I will walk into the shadows with you, holding your hand as we explore those spaces together.

I have always admired and looked up to Beth and all she does in her business….she is inspiring!!!! When I heard about her Embodied Leadership Course I knew I was meant to be apart of it. I had just booked a venue to led my first large day yoga retreat and didn’t know what to focus on next. I learned so much about myself and the direction of my business thanks to this course. Each week I felt more and more aligned with the woman I want to be and the work I’m meant to do here. It was invaluable to learn the mindset embodiment work and the strategy for a successful retreat and business and this course teaches just that. The connections I met in the course were life changing. I met many soul sisters and I am so grateful for that! I highly recommend working with Beth and investing in yourself and your business…your future self will thank you!!!”

“In 2024, I decided to work with Beth, drawn to her Feminine Embodiment course and her openness in sharing her journey. I was curious how this work could support both my life and my coaching. That same year, I attended and volunteered at the Barefoot and Free Festival, joined her Enchantress Retreat in the fall, and participated in the Minifest in January 2025.

I learned so much. I felt so much. I discovered so much. It’s never too late (or too early) to do this work—when you feel called, it’s always the right time. I felt scared and uncomfortable, and I realized that’s where growth happens.

I moved, I cried, I shared, I listened—I learned to trust my body. I discovered that I’m not for everyone, and that’s okay. I’m still a groupie, but now I’m out in the open. 😊 Beth is an incredible guide, and I look forward to continuing to grow within her circles!”

"Whether it's taking the Feminine Embodiment Course, coaching, or going on a yoga retreat, Beth is my go-to human! I highly recommend making her yours. She is an inspirational leader who is radically authentic and has truly mastered the art of holding sacred space for others. I had the pleasure of taking Beth’s Feminine Embodiment Course, and it was truly transformative. Her insights into the archetypes of Maiden, Mother, Crone, and Wild Woman provided me with a deep understanding of conditioned patterns in society and within myself. Her depth of knowledge shines through her teachings as she shows you how to cultivate healthier self-care practices. The Wild Woman exercises were particularly powerful and offered unique practices for personal growth and self-exploration. The course guides you on how to stay grounded with the ebbs and flows of life and how to be more comfortable in your own skin. You'll get to know yourself better and improve the relationships you have with others. I was very grateful to have her in my corner. I went through a huge transformation period in my life, and luckily, I had her there for the guidance and support I needed. If you get the opportunity to work with Beth, take it!!"

Yoga was still “new” to me as I had only started practicing 7 months prior, however the “world” Beth created for that festival was something that I knew I needed to be a part of. Since that day, I have joined Beth for retreats in Bali, Joshua Tree, and Italy, with more to come. I have attended each festival for the full 3 days each year. I have attended two of Beth’s mini festivals that she hosts in the winter. I have already signed up for future events that will take place later this year. I have been on multiple retreats with other leaders and not one could hold a candle to the experience and richness that Beth provides to everyone.

Beth holds a vast knowledge of everything related to what I call a “Yogi Lifestyle.” She is an expert in yoga, breathing, meditation, sound healing, women’s circles, self-love, and female embodiment along with so much more. Through Beth’s work, I have been able to change my view on myself, start the healing process, and begin to love myself for the unapologetically fierce, strong-minded, sensual, wild woman that I am.

Beth has been an integral part of me morphing into the woman that you will see at a future event of hers.

“Beth's feminine embodiment workshop was a vital piece of my Reclamation and healing of self. She is an Embodied Goddess who offers love and support to hold you through the peaks and valleys of the un/learning and rewilding process. The Sisterhood I have found through barefoot and free is unlike any other. I am seen, heard, loved, and celebrated. I am so grateful for all that I've gained since Beth came into my orbit”.

“I enjoyed Beth’s depth of experience and her approach to teaching feminine embodiment. From her rich life experiences she shares relatable and insightful stories. She creates an environment of openness and sharing that made me very comfortable.”
