There’s a lot asking for our attention. The schedules, the responsibilities, the constant stream of information. Sometimes we don’t realize how much we’re holding until we finally have a moment to pause.

REGULATE is an invitation to spend a whole day tending to yourself, surrounded by people who value movement, rest, connection, and time together.

We’re bringing the spirit of Barefoot & Free into an intimate winter gathering, held entirely indoors at the Red Poppy Center for Renewal.

A little retreat. A little festival. A whole day for yourself.

If you’ve joined us for a Mini Fest before, you know there’s something special about gathering this way. Trying something new. Having a conversation that stays with you. Sharing an experience with people who were strangers that morning.

This winter, our theme is Regulate.

We’ll explore what helps us feel supported, connected, and more steady through the demands of everyday life. Making room for both movement and stillness, expression and reflection, time with others and moments to yourself.

You don’t need to have a particular practice or know anyone before you arrive. There’s room to begin wherever you are.

Mini Fest admission plus an overnight bunk bed stay.
