Venue Directory
Presenter Logistics
Use this section to understand the vibe + setup for each venue. Most presenters will park like attendees and walk to their venue. If you have special needs (gear, mobility, sound, unloading), reach out to Amy in advance so arrangements can be made.
Weather note: We do not have a single standardized indoor swap for every venue. If weather impacts your offering, the team will coordinate an adjusted location/time in the moment.
Before you teach:
Check in with your Manager On Duty (see section above) 1 hour before your scheduled class (mandatory).
The festival spans two main areas (Proud Lake + Walled Lake/Campgrounds).
Budget extra travel time between venues.
Mermaid Cove / The Bridge sits between the two sides—plan extra time if your class is there or you’re moving between areas.
If you need immediate help during your class time, contact your Manager On Duty (see Manager section above)
For any live changes (construction, parking routes, shuttles, weather alerts), check the public Festival Info Hub
