Victoria’s class is a dynamic blend of Pilates, and Kundalini Kriyas—designed to ignite your core, ground your energy, and guide you into a powerful, breath-driven flow. We will focus on the lower physical chakras, to connect deeply to our bodies and stoke the fires of our inner light.

Victoria fell in love with Yoga in 2015, blossoming into a passionate career of movement instruction since 2017. With certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Thai Massage and abundance of specialized education in Hatha & Kundalini Yoga, somatic movement, anatomy and more, she crafts a unique blend of techniques to help her clients feel strong & calm. She is commitmented to understanding and empowering diverse bodies. With a zest for all things movement, she immersed herself in weight training, dance, martial arts, and more, fueled by an unyielding drive for knowledge and growth.
Victoria has been guiding movement since 2016. A certified movement professional with 500 hours of Pilates training, 200 RYT Yoga, and Thai massage certified. She helps clients achieve proper muscle engagement and alignment through clear verbal, visual, and hands-on guidance. Known for her supportive approach, precise cueing, intuitive adjustments, and thoughtfully curated playlists.
