You’ll learn proper technique, improve posture, and build strength that translates into everyday life. Expect a mix of functional movement, balance work, and sweat — all designed to help you move better and feel stronger from the inside out. All fitness levels welcome!

Rachel joined TRVFIT as a member in 2021 and became a coach in 2022, eventually co-owning the gym. She specializes in empowering women 40+, guiding them to stay strong, confident, and unstoppable through every life stage — from perimenopause to feeling fierce in everyday living. Passionate about community growth, Rachel creates a welcoming space where everyone is seen, celebrated, and supported on their fitness journey.

Stephanie leads our high‑energy Cardio + Core small-group classes, crafting workouts that build strength, stamina, and stability for everyday life. With a warm and motivational coaching style, she fosters a positive, inclusive environment where every participant feels supported and energized. Stephanie’s passion lies in helping members of all fitness levels challenge themselves, grow their confidence, and discover the joy of movement.
