Meditation, Journaling, & Gentle Flow Workshop
Forming a relationship to our inner world requires us to stop and listen with intention and
purpose. Both meditation and journaling create an open-hearted space of discovery and invite
deeper self-reflection and self-expression into our daily existence. By combining meditation and
journaling with our yoga practice, we each can access the wisdom from the deeper layers of our
inner beings and develop a greater understanding of the messages they have to offer.
Join Sam Grey Yoga at [venue] at [time] for this one hour class as we dive into these practices
together! During class, students are led through a guided meditation, a gentle yoga flow, and
prompted with questions to consider during a quiet time for journaling. We’ll turn inward, practice
self-care, self-love, gratitude, and healing while we each hold space for others to do the same.
Students are asked to bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a journal, and a pen or pencil to class.
Sam Grey is a certified yoga teacher and personal trainer from Medina, OH. Practicing since 2010, teaching since 2018, and training since 2021, Sam brings a well-rounded and knowledgeable passion for movement rooted in reverence and fun. She brings energy, strength, and boldness to the mat, the weight room, and the dance floor, as well as a peaceful, nurturing safety and grounded sensitivity to meditation and gentle practices.
Beyond yoga and the gym, Sam enjoys time outdoors and sharing life with her three children and their cat, sipping black coffee, and serving the yoga community as the Vice President of Elevate Akron.
