Partner Yoga & Thai Massage
Deepen your connection through movement, touch, and breath in this engaging class that explores the power of mutual support. We will practice simple, fun partner yoga poses and breathwork, followed by a guided Thai massage sequence in which each participant will both give and receive from their partner. Open to all relationship types—whether with a partner, friend, family member, or anyone you feel like connecting with—this class encourages co-regulation and trust. Take home a sequence of mutually beneficial stretches and Thai massage techniques that you can share with your family, friends, and community to continue fostering connection and well-being.
