Award winning Australian musicians (14 x music awards in 4 countries) and sound healers: Peter D. Harper and Bobbi Llewellyn- Harper present a sound healing event featuring the ancient Australian Indigenous wind instrument called the “Didgeridoo” (Yidaki / Mako). Peter received permission and a blessing from First Nations clan elders to play this sacred instrument. The Husband and wife team will discuss their use in Indigenous ceremonies and healing. Didgeridoo droning is a profound form of vibrational healing. The sonic vibrations release physical pain, grief, loss, stress and emotional blockages. Peter and Bobbi use didgeridoo sound vibration, color therapy / vocal intonations / conscious connected breath work combined with ancient wisdom to focus on each participant exploring the 7 chakras. The didgeridoo sound healing works on each individual person with the didgeridoo clearing dark / grey frequencies in problem areas.

A sound bath presentation will follow. A sound bath with the Didgeridoo is a powerful and uplifting meditational experience. A sound bath session can expose emotions that need to be cleared. In addition to the Didgeridoo, Peter and Bobbi incorporate mesmerizing male/ female vocal intonations and harmonies using power vowels/ words which bring participants into a deep state of mediation. The Didgeridoo / Singing Ceremony has been used for thousands of years to help the Indigenous people of Australia to find their way across the land as they literally sing manifestation into existence. Everything is frequency and so when we tune into the frequency of the land, we can manifest what we need. The frequency range alters our brainwaves to a state of deep relaxation through what is known as brainwave entrainment. The sound can be felt and heard and works on all levels to bring you back to a state of what is natural. The Australian indigenous message sticks, Navajo – The Dine` traditional drum, Native American “love” Flute, drone flute, crystal singing bowls, harmonica, tongue drum, rain disk and keyboard drones are also included in their inspirational and healing sound scape. Peter and Bobbi have presented their workshops worldwide in the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, United Kingdom and China .

PETER D HARPER & BOBBI LLEWELLYN-HARPER

Australian singer/ songwriter "Peter D. Harper" has received an amazing 14 x Music Awards in four different countries and has performed on over 2000 Films, commercials and TV series. Several of his albums have reached top 3 on the Billboard Blues Charts. Considered to be a virtuoso harmonica, didgeridoo and flute performer, Peter has toured 25 countries with his band Harper and Midwest Kind, performing at the world’s most prestigious venues and festivals.

Harper's musical journey began early, performing in brass bands playing the trumpet and euphonium. It was a chance meeting with a Hopi "Dan Running Bear" in Silverton, Colorado, that led him down the path to rediscovering the music of his homeland. Fascinated with the spirituality and culture of the American Natives, he found the same qualities present in the First Nations peoples of his Australian homeland. On adding traditional indigenous made didgeridoos (Yidaki/ Mako) to his music, Harper says "It is a sound I grew up with, so it seemed natural to add it to my songwriting particularly when the lyrics related to the plight of Australia’s First Nations peoples. The didgeridoo is a spiritual and healing instrument, I also owe my life to a clan of nomadic Australian Natives who saved my father and I from starvation when we were trapped at The Fitzroy Crossing (Western Australia), in between two fast flowing river torrents. They gave us enough food and water to last us until the flood had subsided. I feel my music and my sound healing work is my way of giving back to these wonderful people". Peter has received permission and a blessing from First Nations clan elders to play this sacred instrument.

Harper and Midwest Kind Sound Journey is the next phase in Peter ‘s musical evolution. Joining with his wife Bobbi, they have created an immersive inspirational soundscape and sound healing experience.
