SUP Yoga

SUP yoga allows you to reconnect with nature. The soothing sounds of water, the fresh air, and the natural surroundings create a serene environment for your practice. 


Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga, aka SUP Yoga, offers a unique experience of practicing yoga surrounded by water. Imagine balancing on a paddleboard while flowing through yoga poses, all while being gently rocked by the waves. We will paddle out together to access the more open waters. As you move through your yoga practice, the water beneath you promotes relaxation and healing. It’s like a moving meditation, where every ripple becomes part of your flow, every cloud a part of the meditation. Balancing on a paddleboard adds an extra layer of challenge. You’ll engage your core muscles, focus your mind, and find stability as you flow through poses, seated and standing! 

Nicole has been Teaching SUP yoga for 3 seasons now and is grateful to be offering this healing movement to the Barefoot and Free community. SUP yoga isn’t about serious poses—it’s an adventure! Expect laughter, splashes, and a sense of playfulness. Balancing on water invites you to embrace the unexpected and find joy in the process. Come down to the water and cool off with me on Saturday!
