You’ll leave with practical tools to deepen your practice, support spinal health, and ease low back pain—all with a little more heart.

Luke has been a student of asana and meditative practices for 10+ years. His curiosity and consistency as a student informs a depth of practice and breadth of experience that is reflected in his competencies as a facilitator.
