Laurie Matheny is a barefoot plant lover, herbal storyteller, and trauma-informed yoga teacher with a deep love for the wild and wonderful. She’s a graduate of the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine, a RYT-200 yoga guide with training in pranayama and trauma-informed care, and a Level III Reiki practitioner. Laurie blends years of herbal study, embodied movement, and energy healing to help others reconnect with their bodies, the land, and their natural rhythm. You’ll usually find her with her feet in the dirt, tea in hand, and a notebook full of wildflower names.
