Elevate Sound: Gentle Stretch & Yoga Nidra Sound Journey

Saturday | 2:30pm | Eagles Den

Join Kevin and Leanna in the Eagle’s Den for a 90-minute, multi-sensory reset that fuses mindful movement with live handpan, gong, and singing-bowl vibrations. After a quick ice-breaker to help you feel at home, you’ll ease into floor-based stretches—guided by Leanna—while Kevin layers mellow handpan rhythms. When the body is primed for rest, settle into stillness for a 40-minute Yoga Nidra sound bath: gong swells, singing bowls, drifting chimes, and subtle scents of sage and essential oils. Expect your nervous system to down-shift, your heart to open, and insights to land that you can carry beyond festival grounds. All levels welcome—bring comfy layers, water, and curiosity.
