Your body is wise. It holds stories, sensations, and signals, often long after the moment has passed.
This 90-minute experience blends slow, intuitive yoga with guided inner inquiry to explore how emotion lives in the body and how mindful movement can create space for awareness, release, and reconnection.
Through breath-led flow and grounded cueing (no props required), you’ll learn to listen inward, move with intention - not perfection - and rediscover your body as a place of truth and clarity.
Open to all levels.
Teacher Bio
Katie Marlene is an E-RYT 500, Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist, RAD Yoga Master Coach, and board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC). Her teaching blends slow, intentional movement with emotional awareness, nervous system-informed guidance, and inner inquiry. Through classes, workshops, and programs, she helps others reconnect to themselves through embodied presence, grounded practices, and radical honesty - with deep respect for both the shadow and the light.
