You’ll explore how hormonal shifts impact sleep, energy, mood, and metabolism—and learn simple, supportive practices to help you flow through this transition with more ease.

After retiring from a successful corporate finance career in 2023, I finally had space to focus on me—and that’s when things got interesting. Six years postpartum, I still felt off. I was exhausted, moody, anxious, and struggling with stubborn weight gain and itchy skin. I kept wondering, “When do I get to feel like myself again?” — never realizing I wasn’t too young for perimenopause.

That experience sparked a mission I couldn’t ignore. I became a certified health coach and founded Perimenopause Power to help other women avoid the confusion and frustration I faced. Today, I help women to understand their bodies, take charge of this transition, and move from depleted and foggy to energized, confident, and in control. I am here to reframe the narrative that menopause isn't something you have to "survive" but with the right education and empowement you can actually thrive through this phase of life.
