Wild & Wise Retreat

September 25th - 28th, 2025

a sisterhood weekend retreat on a modern organic farm resort.

Reconnect to body, land, and self- through movement, stillness, and the medicine of the feminine.

Join us for our annual end-of-summer pilgrimage — a sacred weekend of sisterhood, nature, yoga, and deep connection. Set on 30 acres of organic land just a mile from Lake Michigan’s shores, this retreat is your invitation to reconnect with your wild essence and anchor into your embodied wisdom.

This weekend is a celebration of the interplay between wildness and wisdom — both vital parts of the feminine soul. It’s a space to show up fully as you are: barefoot in the grass, screaming in the woods, laughing until you cry, or stargazing in the hot tub. Maybe it’s as simple as letting your nervous system finally exhale.

These retreats are more than a getaway — they are a response to the quiet prayers of women everywhere who are carrying too much, giving too much, and craving space to remember who they truly are.

This retreat is a homecoming to:

The wild within — your creativity, your childlike wonder, your untamed spirit.
The wise within — the part of you that honors your boundaries, owns your worth, and leads with grace.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new, whether you’re 25 or 75 — you belong here.

Meet Your Hosts

Soojin:

Soojin has been teaching yoga since 2013. She has over a thousand hours in teacher training with a diverse background in understanding from alignment yoga, therapeutic yoga, kundalini yoga, Ayurveda, yoga Nidra, to Bhakti yoga. Her biggest intention is holding a safe and brave space for practice and exploration.

Beth:

Beth has been immersed in the yoga and wellness world for over 25 years, with two powerful awakenings shaping her path — one sparked by youthful exploration through Southeast Asia, and another through the unraveling of her marriage during the pandemic. A long-time yoga teacher, retreat leader, and women’s circle facilitator, Beth’s journey has moved from burnout and self-doubt to deep embodiment and healing. Through shadow work, inner child exploration, and studying feminine and Tantric traditions, she’s reclaimed her feminine essence and now guides women to do the same. Beth shows up as her full, authentic self — not to lead from a pedestal, but to walk beside you.
