March 16th from 6:30-9:30pm: True North Detroit, housed in the unique and charming Quonset Hut, becomes the backdrop for an extraordinary event.

The event begins with a transformative Sound Bowl session & Self Love Meditation, guided by the renowned wellness enthusiast and entrepreneur Lindsaya. Her expertise in fostering self-care & personal development shines through as she leads participants in harmonizing their inner vibrations & embracing self love.

The event transitions to a Yin Yoga session lead by Beth James, the esteemed founder of Barefoot and Free. Suitable for all experience levels. Beth's approach to yin focuses on soulful and safe supported guidance. Providing emotional and somatic releases, allowing ones body to drop into a sweet surrender.

Before we feast- Somatic Energy Release - This special segment is led by both Beth and Lindsaya. We will engage in somatic exercises designed to shake off stagnant energy. This dynamic and restorative practice help in releasing tension and rejuvenating the body, preparing everyone for the remainder of the evenings experiences.

Following the sessions we will indulge in a carefully curated vegan and gluten free meal. This feast is not just about nourishment; its an exploration of sustainable, wholesome flavors, showcasing the art of healthy living.

This event is more then just yoga, meditation and food; its about building connections. In the spirit of sisterhood, participants are encouraged to share stories, laugh, and perhaps shed a tear or two, embracing the power of being together in a supportive community.
