A intimate version of our summer festival
JANUARY 25th 10am - 9pm
The Mini-fest is the perfect event to begin your new year. This day takes place at a gorgeous house in Pickney. Picture roaring indoor fires and outdoor lake views. Cozy log cabin vibes and warm spaces for yoga, meditation, breathwork, and talks on wellness and healing. Joining us will be a curated list of vendors, delicious food, healers (one on one services not included in ticket price), sauna, cold plunge and so much more.
This is my favorite gathering of the year. The chance to get really cozy and intimate with some of Michigan’s most renowned teachers in yoga and wellness!

6 - 7:30pm same offerings options
7:30 - 8:30pm closing offerings - sound healing and mediation
* all day, one on one mini healing sessions offered as well as enjoying the sauna the beautiful property and shopping from our vendors.
* lunch snack break - included in the ticket price will be snacks and tea during break add-on family dinner is extra ($50) + one in one sessions with our healers.

Strawberry Lake Lodge is a beautiful custom-built log home situated on both Bass and Strawberry Lakes on the Huron River Chain of Lakes just north of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Strawberry Lake Lodge is all sports and connects to 8 other lakes.
Located on approximately 7.45 acres of private wooded property with amazing sunsets views and high vista elevations. Must see to believe.

We called these yoga retreats, but the truth is they are so much more than just yoga . These retreats are a chance to soul search - the yoga classes are insightful, therapeutic, challenging and fun ways to learn more about yourself. The goal is to leave the retreat, feeling inspired and empowered. Beth’s background is over 25 years with an original training from Astanga / vinyasa tradition. Now she incorporates many different healing modalities and draws from many cultures practices & therapeutic techniques that create a deeper connection to mind and body.

Our style of retreats are a relaxed style- we know after all this is also a vacation for you. You work hard and you spend your time in your money to come on this experience. We want you to get the most out of it. That said everything is suggested and Beth will not shame you or force you to go an excursion or wake up early if your body is wanting to rest.

Our team is here to help we can handle and help you with flight logistics also arranging the transportation, communicating all of your needs to the retreat location and really, just holding your hand every every step of the way. Beth has lead over 25 retreats and is an expert at putting you at ease. Kick back and let us do the heavy lifting!

Beth wants to practice what she preaches - a long time health advocate she is now a conscious omnivore & her spiritual practice is rooted in connection to the earth and being heart centered. Therefore, these retreats are not dogmatic. We love to share yoga philosophy in ancient practices that help us truly live better more free lives. We also love to have fun! We welcome a drink or two - if that is something that brings you joy! We also welcome vegans / and those who do not drink or consume intoxicants! This is a is free of judgement space where we attract people that live in balance and value a healthy lifestyle. Retreats are not PARTIES - yet we are here to live fully and enjoy our life. We feel like there is a big difference between the two. We focus on you feeling good and relaxed and enjoying yourself in the most healthy wholesome way that still is full of adventure play and things that get you out of your comfort zone!
