6 Nights, 7 Days: All-Inclusive Healing Retreat in Bali

This is not another standard yoga retreat.

This is a pilgrimage. An ode to the cultural and spiritual magnificence that is Bali and her people.

We are embarking on a true experience of a lifetime.

Last year we traveled to this incredible resort and it was truly an 11 out of 10, so we are headed back.

This retreat is for the person ready to receive magic and wonder, who wants an epic adventure.

It doesn’t matter to me what your yoga experience is or how spiritual you are.

What matters to me is whether your heart feels called to this.

There is something about Bali.

Bali is a very sacred and special place, and this will be my fourth time traveling here.

Yes, it is far away, but I promise that is part of what makes it so great.

You’re on the same planet, yet it feels like an almost entirely different world.

We are headed once again to the same resort we stayed at last year because everything about it was so special.

Luxury in the jungle.

A staff that is caring, exceptionally kind and accommodating.

Food that is fresh, nourishing and delicious.

In-house bodyworkers who will help you melt all your stress away.

And cultural experiences that give you a firsthand look at the Balinese way of life and the opportunity to experience it for yourself.

Your home in Bali

We are returning to the same incredible resort we stayed at last year because it was that special.

Think luxury tucked into the jungle, surrounded by the beauty and richness of Bali.

You’ll have a caring full staff, daily housekeeping, fresh nourishing food, beautiful spaces to practice, two swimming pools, in-house bodyworkers and room to simply exhale.

Each guest room includes air conditioning, Sonos speakers, a private bathroom, luxury bedding and towels, daily housekeeping and fresh purified water.

Story time... why Bali?

There are some places you just can’t explain why you feel the way you feel.

I read about Bali years ago, perhaps you did too, in Eat, Pray, Love. I loved Elizabeth Gilbert’s midlife crisis story, and she made me SO curious about this tropical Hindu island on the other side of the world.

I patiently waited, and after leading retreats for a few years, I finally made the leap and planned my first retreat.

From the moment that warm, humid air hit my lungs, I felt something.

And every day in Bali, quite frankly, I fell more in love.

Because it’s not just one thing.

It’s the food. My obsession with coconut everything, organic, healing + delicious food everywhere.

It’s the beauty. The stone buildings, carvings, sidewalks and temples everywhere you look.

It’s the scents. Incense and prayer offerings burning on every corner and fresh tropical flowers in bloom.

It’s the people. Some of the kindest, most hospitable and happiest people I’ve ever been around.

It’s the spas. The delicate, careful way you’re cared for.

It’s the temples, reverence and way of life.

And then there are the motorbikes, monkeys, yoga, music and incredible restaurants.

OH MY.

I fell in love with how my nervous system feels here.

I go SLOW.

I am so cared for that it makes me cry with gratitude just thinking about it.

Picture gifting yourself a week to be truly held.

Cared for in every possible way.

It’s not often, even on vacation, that we get to experience being cared for the way you feel here.

In our daily lives, we are so busy doing so many things, often for everyone else.

This sacred pilgrimage is your chance to gift yourself the experience of self-discovery.

What does it feel like to fully receive?

To see the grand beauty all around you and feel it within you?

What does it feel like to allow yourself to be cared for through food, cleaning, yoga, meditation, community, laughter, joy and adventure?

**Due to the nature of planning and efforts that we pour into these retreats payments are non-refundable. However, may be transferable to someone else and possibly to future retreats. We encourage everyone to purchase travel insurance.**

*The party doesn’t have to be over

Six nights together will go quickly. If you’d like a little more time, you’ll have the option to join us for one extra night after the retreat ends.

We’ll travel about two hours from Dwa Chandra to The View, its satellite day club on Nusa Ceningan. Think ocean views, a sunset together, and time to simply hang out. This part will feel less like a retreat and more like a chance to enjoy each other’s company before heading home.

We’re planning a chance to swim with manta rays as part of the extension. Meals and drinks will be on your own. Depending on how many people join us, we’ll choose and book accommodations together. The overnight stay will be a separate payment.

Interested? Select the extra-night option at checkout, and I’ll connect with you about the next steps. Selecting it lets me know you’re interested; it does not charge you for or reserve the extra night.

About Your Retreat Guide

Beth

More than any of my titles, I am a proud mother, wife and daughter to an amazing family that I feel so blessed to have.

I have been a yoga teacher for over 20 years and have been running this Barefoot wellness community for the past 12 years.

I LOVE bringing people together.

This is my secret sauce.

I’m a born wanderluster, just ask my mom. I’m a world traveler. I would go anywhere and probably romanticize living there.

I majored in anthropology, and my first Southeast Asia trip after college changed my life and my trajectory.

Instead of grad school, I took yoga teacher training.

The rest is history.

My style of yoga is somatic, adaptable and insightful. On retreat, I read the room. I love weaving in story and authentic relating.

I find yoga to be a powerful tool to stay healthy and in tune with my body.

I coach women who suffer from being over-masculine and burnout to return to their intuitive feminine nature.

I love anything outside: walking, hiking and swimming.

And I am already dreaming about the coconut lattes and Balinese sunsets together.

“I’ll forever cherish my Bali retreat experience with Beth! I’m typically a homebody and an anxious traveler- but I am so glad I decided to step out of my comfort zone and join in this retreat. Beth truly brings a sense of peace and fun to every experience, you will never regret making the decision to join her! I made lifelong friends and connections that I cherish to this day 8 years later. Every meal was nourishing, fresh and incredible and there was no shortage of local shops and restaurants. The excursions were well-planned and there was a perfect balance of quiet time and adventure. The locals were so kind and it’s a great opportunity to immerse yourself in their culture. Overall an amazing experience and there is nobody better to retreat with than Beth!”

“It was honestly a trip of a lifetime and if you have the opportunity to do it, take it. Every time I go on a retreat and I’m
surrounded by like-minded people, I leave feeling more whole. From the experience, the self-work, the connections made, the nourishing, delicious, farm to table food we’re provided, the knowledge gained on how different places and people are in
the world, the time set aside to just do yoga, laugh, sunbathe, and take that break that we all deserve to give ourselves. After taking one retreat with Beth, there is no doubt you become hooked on her wanderlust roots, and more than likely will continue to follow her around the world.”
— Rachel Casab
“I travelled to Dominican Republic and Costa Rica to attend Beth’s retreats. From the moment I stepped onto the grounds, I was enveloped in a sense of calm and serenity that lingered throughout my stay. Beth picks beautiful locations that provide the perfect backdrop for yoga sessions, allowing us to connect with nature. Beth guides you with gentle encouragement and unwavering support, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner. Beyond the physical practice, Beth sets up daily meditation/circle sessions for a much-needed opportunity for introspection and inner peace. You share laughter, stories, and moments of vulnerability with like-minded individuals. The supportive atmosphere encouraged personal growth and self-discovery, leaving you feeling inspired and empowered to continue your journey when you return home. Beth is a real thing when it comes to guiding people onto their transformative journey. I look forward to more retreats, and to continue to learn from her vast experience. Thank you. ”

“I first met Beth at the Barefoot and Free yoga festival. Soon after that I travel to Greece with her on my very first retreat. She made me feel so welcome, wanted, and valued. After my first retreat I was hooked! I love the way Beth leads and teaches. As a fellow yoga instructor I was drawn to her calm, caring approach. Every year I go to the festival and try to catch all her classes!! I traveled to Bali with Beth in 2020 and it was enlightening. The retreat (and Beth) opened my eyes to some pretty big life changes. Through it all Beth and I became pretty close friends. She’s an inspiration! And because of that I was called to sign up for her retreat coaching. Not only was it easy and convenient with meetings mostly on Zoom, it was like therapy for me! I met some amazing women, who I still have friendships with today!! The coaching classes held me accountable, helped me with my goals, and pushed me steps closer to my dream of hosting my own retreats!! If you are considering signing up for ANYTHING with Beth, whether it be a local class, event, festival, retreat or session, I highly recommended. You won’t regret the time you’ve spent on yourself and with Beth! 💕”
