Teacher Bio

Joel Isaac Lewis is a fitness coach with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, bringing a unique, evidence-based approach to strength and performance training. His clinical background allows him to guide clients through injury prevention, functional movement, and long-term progress. Joel works with individuals of all levels, from beginners to athletes, creating personalized programs that build strength, mobility, and resilience. He prioritizes education, consistency, and sustainable results over trends or shortcuts. Currently coaching out of a fully equipped 5,000 sq ft facility in Farmington, MI, Joel provides both private and small group training. His mission is to help people move better, feel stronger, and live more capable lives.
