Donna discovered yoga in her 20s and was enamored by all of its mind/body benefits. She began to discover the joys of yoga… the stretching, the openness, the stillness; she developed discipline, flexibility and patience both on and off her mat. She discovered how yoga offered her a calmness of the mind and a confidence of the spirit. She kept coming back to her mat as she experienced the healing powers of the body and mind through yoga. She decided to deepen her personal practice by immersing herself in Yoga Teacher Training in India. After returning to Pensacola, she began offering private yoga instruction to friends and family. She instantly fell in love with teaching and sharing yoga with others. Donna strives to offer total mind/body relaxation, restoration and healing in every class she leads.
