Rewilding Using Ecosomatics

Longing to reconnect to the Land around you? Feel Nature within you? Connect to your ancestral ways of being that recognize the wisdom of the Living Earth? Join yoga therapist Caitlin Brown for a transformative workshop to learn about and cultivate interbeing with the Living Earth, and the role that movement and mindfulness can play in this interconnection. We will also spend time remembering/relearning ancestral ways of being in relationship with the more than human world. The workshop will include gentle movement, discussion, meditation, breathwork, and journaling.
