Angie is a Wellbeing Coach at Pathfinder Coaching (www.pathfindercoaching4u@yahoo.com ), RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, and a Meditation Instructor for groups, individuals, and corporations. She launched Pathfinder Coaching, utilizing yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda as tools to help clients reach their personal and professional goals, uncovering possibilities they never knew existed. Yoga has been a part of Angie’s life for over eleven years, and her practice has helped her find strength from within to remain open to new possibilities through transitions. Angie is also an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, offering personalized Ayurvedic wellness consultation sessions via Zoom or in person. She has more than 30 years of corporate experience in training and development. She teaches corporate breath work and meditation sessions as well as workshops on mindfulness and gratitude. She published a book in November of 2021 called A YEAR IN BALANCE: A Spiritual Guide to Finding Your Next Right Step.
