Saturday | 6:30pm | Fairie Glen Yoga Tent

When you were a kid, did you ever fly on someone’s feet like a plane? That’s what we do! In this class, we will walk you through some accessible introductory skills designed to inspire and challenge, while teaching spotting techniques to keep everyone safe. Acro yoga is great for practicing strength, balance, flexibility, creativity, interpersonal communication skills, and self expression. It’s also a great way to meet new people and have fun with friends!

Andy Klacza

Hi, I’m Andy and I love acro yoga! One of my first experiences with acro yoga was at Barefoot and I’m excited to share this practice with the community! I have been practicing acro for more than 6 years and I love the way that it brings people together and builds connection, strength, flexibility, and communication in a fun and playful way. I enjoy teaching acro to people for the first time and showing how versatile it can be with its muscular, energetic skills as well as its therapeutic side.

Bert Cowsky

Having been interested in health and fitness since college, I first started seriously learning yoga during the pandemic. Yoga gifted me both peace of mind, and some much needed flexibility!

I discovered Acro Yoga at Barefoot and Free festival, in 2022, and immediately fell in love. Acro is an incredibly fun and playful form of exercise. I'm excited to share this passion with any aspiring yogis, who may be interested in trying something a little new and different!

Bilal Amhaz

started acro yoga L-basing 4 years ago and quickly quickly embraced all forms of acro including dance lifts / Standing Acro that practiced for over 15 years. I have been hosting weekly Acro yoga Jams for the past two years and numerus classes.

My favorite part about acro yoga is connecting with people. the benefits of partner communication, safety practices, community values and the love of fitness and overall wellness.
