In this energizing and empowering workshop, we’ll explore the art of arm balances in a fun, supportive environment. From the foundations of crow pose to playful transitions into balances like flying pigeon or baby grasshopper, you'll learn the mechanics of lifting off—and the mindset that makes it possible.

We’ll start with a strong, dynamic warm-up to activate the core, shoulders, and wrists. Then, we’ll break down key arm balances step by step, offering plenty of time for questions, modifications, and exploration. Expect to laugh, maybe fall, and definitely fly (even if it’s just an inch off the ground—hey, progress is progress!).

Hi, I’m Amanda—a yoga instructor, personal trainer, and lifelong athlete with a passion for helping others move with strength, purpose, and joy. With a background in gymnastics, running, and over 20 years of yoga practice, I bring a blend of structure, mindfulness, and fun to every class. I live in Michigan with my husband and two kids, balancing family life, fitness, and a career with the U.S. Postal Service.
