Circles are a powerful way to reclaim your feminine divine powers. Each month we will focus on a different aspect of bring a woman, sharing together, practice yoga and connecting to our inner feminine gifts!

This month we are still wintering.

We will practice calm, quiet soothing yin, followed by a deep Nidra to restore our nervous system. We will share about our sisterhood experiences and struggles.
