This means being not only healthy and happy in our bodies; but connected and committed to following our truth & hearts desires.This one day mini-festival experience will provide you with all the tools to get you on your path: excited, healthy, whole, vibrant, & connected to your authentic code!

Teachers & Presenters

Valerie Weir

Valerie Weir has practiced kundalini yoga and played gongs since 1973, training directly with Yogi Bhajan, who brought kundalini yoga to the West, and gong-master Don Conreaux. She is also an evolutionary astrologer, having apprenticed with Steven Forrest. Her classes are inspirational and celebrate the human spirit.

Aparna Ishvari

Every living being is a unique blend of mind, body, and energy. As a human being, this blend is your personal imprint upon the world. This living, breathing organism called “you,” can thrive and live with passion, intensity and full engagement with life when you care deeply about your physical, mental and energetic well-being. 

Taylor Beardsall

Taylor Beardsall is a certified Art Therapist (ATR) and Yoga Teacher. She provides creative mind-body services for individuals, groups, and organizations. Taylor is a founder and art therapist at Solstice Healing Arts Collective, an expressive arts therapies studio in Bloomfield Hills, MI.

Mary Beth Mannino

Mary Beth (MB) Mannino owns a health and wellness company called That Wellthy Life. She is a meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator and holistic health and wellness coach. She helps people rise above their stress and anxiety by using how to learn the most powerful tools they have access to: their mind and their breath. 

Brandon Gugala

I am an explorer, adventurer, human experimenter, pushing limits and erasing boundaries. With a passion for nature and seeing the divine connection and pattern that moves in osmosis like fashion energetically in and out of all things. My dharma is to inspire others and encourage them to tap into the magnificent energy within. 

Hawk & Howl

Hawk & Howl are conscious, earth loving, barefoot running, tree hugging mothers with a deep love of movement as medicine. We have collectively practiced yoga for over 12 years and received our training at Ethos yoga in Holly Michigan. We teach teach a wide variety of classes at multiple studios, our deepest calling being free flowing rhythmic style vinyasa.

Andrew Goforth

Andrew Goforth is a holistic seminar facilitator and business coach. He mentors Yogi Entrepreneurs to leverage their wisdom and create online businesses and workshops to travel the world abundantly. Transformational coaching and workshops have taken him around the globe and back bringing mindful business practices to leading holistic practitioners world-wide. 

Jim McDonald

Jim McDonald has been practicing the art of herbcraft for over twenty five years, and offers a knowledge of herbalism that blends western folk and indigenous views of healing with the Vitalist traditions of 19th century western herbalism. He has taught classes and workshops throughout Great Lakes bioregion and the US, hosts the website

Samantha Mee

Samantha is a certified Ayurvedic Consultant, Yoga Instructor, Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, Acudetox Specialist and Sound Healer. She also completed an Ayurvedic Psychology: Spiritual Counseling course and assists individuals who are ready to dive deep into their psyche to remove unwanted habits & limiting beliefs. As a result, moving them towards their higher purpose & higher self.

Meaghan Nash

Meaghan Nash has been bringing the yoga love for 13 years both locally and internationally. She creates a nurturing and thrilling environment for her students through deep connection a warm presence and an eagerness to share.

Nourished By Breath with Aparna Ishvari

Join Aparna Ishvari in exploring yogic breath techniques followed by a deep dive into the Heart Centering Guided Meditation. Nourish the nervous system and brain by anchoring to the earth’s gravitational forces and oxygenate every cell in your body. Enhance your prana or life force. Cleanse your chakras and bask in your inner light. Leave the workshop feeling deeply rested, calm and centered.

Intention Setting Sticks & New Years Creation

Join Taylor for a therapeutic art workshop. We will use the creative process to reflect on 2019 and set new intentions for 2020. We will be using natural materials, and mixed media to create an intention stick to anchor in to our new intentions for the year. Setting intentions to the creative process aligns us with our values, inspires, and enables us to manifest our goals.

The Power of Cold with Brandon Gugala

The power of cold! Awaken your superpowers, through breathwork and cold exposure.  Embrace the cold and go deep into the powers of the mind and move beyond your comfort zone, and into the golden area of unlimited opportunity.  

Learn a powerful breathing technique, the science of this breath and put it into use during a short walking meditation through the snow.
Cacao & Intentional Movement with Hawk & Howl

Cacao and intentional movement is an hour and 15 minute journey of awakening intuition, allowing your wildest most vibrant self to lead the way into the new year. You will be guided through an intention setting Cacao ceremony; flowing into deep rooted, breath based, yogic movement. Parting ways feeling held and grounded into your soul path. Ceremonial cacao is your invitation to dive deeply into hidden parts of self, movement will be your portal, set your intention and step in. Cacao and glassware provided, bring your journal, yoga mat and a wide open mind.
