Rita LaFaive

Hi my name is Rita. I started my yoga journey later in life after retiring from the Auto Industry. I am a bit of a geek by nature. I made the leap to yoga, which was completely outside of my comfort zone, after many years of it being on my wish list. I love the energy in the yoga room. The stories on each mat are personal and unspoken. As yogis, teaching or practicing, we share the desire to grow, connect, and let go without judgement. Yoga is like life, each year my perspective changes. I am not looking for perfection but rather learning to be a better human flaws and all. My favorite days are yoga in the morning, an afternoon hike with my husband, and dinner with family.
