After working in both the public and private sector for some time, she became a Stay At Home Mom to two boys. While “at home”, she discovered a love for yoga – AND all things related to wellness and healing.
In 2015, Randi became a Trauma Informed “Yoga Gangster” Volunteer (now called Connection Coalition). That same year, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance of Bea Reydo in Davie, Florida.
Randi would tell you “Lead with LOVE and watch the good ENERGY just FLOW. While I’ve been instructing yoga for just a few years, it is always the yoga that teaches me.”

Class Offerings: Yin Yoga for the Chakras
Yin is an intimate practice of yoga which requires students to go inside ones self. Observing all feelings, sensations, and emotions. This practice accesses deeper tissues such as the connective tissue and fascia. Many of the postures focus on areas that encompass a joint (hips, sacrum, spine). 7 poses will be held acknowledging each of the primary 7 Chakras. While you are in your pose we will discuss each Chakra: Colors, emotions, foods & explain how to know if it’s deficient or overactive.
