Nick Zamborowski

Nick’s practice was born out of the choice to take yoga as an elective while attending Wayne State University. In 2009, after having a knee injury that resulted in surgery and extensive therapy, he learned that yoga was much more than just a physical practice – it had a life-changing effect. In 2010, Nick completed several RYT and YogaMedics trainings and has been an active teacher in the community ever since. He teaches from his own life experiences which translate onto the mat. His practice is lighthearted, compassionate, and fun.

Unwind at the end of the day, slow down, go deeper, and listen to the voice within, to learn more about your intrinsic self. I will guide you through a set of grounded poses with deep holds and diaphragmatic breathing.

How long have you been practicing? 12 years.

Interesting fact about yourself: I’m a beekeeper and I’ve volunteered at a medical relief clinic in the Dominican Republic.
