Class Offerings: Beginner Arm Balance Workshop
Join Jessie Lipkowitz and Amanda Topping from aUM Yoga for a posture clinic on Chaturanga Dandasana. Understanding the anatomy and alignment of this elusive posture is essential for approaching arm balances. It is important that students are keeping their shoulders safe during strength training drills and in the full execution of this pose. Through this lens, we will begin to break down bakasana (crow) based and open hip arm balances as well as transitions! Come take fight with us.
