Jenna Jones

Jenna is an RYT200 certified yoga instructor and Reiki level 1. Practicing since 2011 and teaching since 2019, Jenna was trained by LeeAnn Louis-Prescott in Brighton Michigan. With a foundation in Sivananda style yoga from India, Jenna’s classes offer a complete practice. More than asana, Sivananda style incorporates Pranayama (breath), meditation, and awareness of the Self. The combination of Sivananda yoga with nature is an incredible experience and journey.
