Jenna is an RYT200 certified yoga instructor and Reiki level 1. Practicing since 2011 and teaching since 2019, Jenna was trained by LeeAnn Louis-Prescott in Brighton Michigan. With a foundation in Sivananda style yoga from India, Jenna’s classes offer a complete practice. More than asana, Sivananda style incorporates Pranayama (breath), meditation, and awareness of the Self. The combination of Sivananda yoga with nature is an incredible experience and journey. Grounding with our Mother Earth is her favorite way to practice yoga. Check out Jenna’s Forest Walking Meditation and Hatha Yoga class for a first hand look into this beautiful practice. Namaste!
