Dr. Krishana Clark
Dr. Krishana is a holistic wellness provider. With degrees in kinesiology/ exercise science and a doctor of chiropractic, the human body and holistic care have been utilized as avenues for healing since 2008. Dr. Krishana began incorporating yoga, chiropractic, and strength training to her wellness practic in 2015 in order to deepen the mind, body connection and opening the link to spirituality. One can only build on a solid foundation. In this class we will build and support strong legs, core, and arms through a combination of strong holds, calestinics, and yoga poses.
