My yoga journey began about 6 years ago. I started yoga to find a new outlet for my mind and body after I was no longer playing basketball competitively. After a couple yoga classes I fell in love with the physical and mental benefits of yoga. My yoga mat quickly became one of my favorite places to be. I completed my yoga teacher training at Body Language in the Spring of 2021. In my day to day life I am a chemist and in my free time you can find me hiking, playing basketball and spending time with my family and husband on the lake.

Class Offerings: Turn Up Your Chakra
Get ready to turn up your chakras! A chakra is a center of energy. We have 7 main chakras positioned throughout our body from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. It’s essential our 7 main chakras stay open, aligned and fluid. In this vinyasa class we will be focusing on poses that tune in and open up each chakra. Starting by rooting down and flowing through an energizing vinyasa ending with our crown chakra in headstands. Let yourself connect in and notice if any of your chakras are out of balance or if some chakras are more open then others. Come ready to sink into an empowering, strong yoga class.
