Due to my passion for kids, after my 200-hour RYT Yoga Alliance certification (Yin, Slow Flow, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa), I knew more than anything I wanted to specialize in prenatal and children’s yoga. I completed my basic certification for prenatal yoga at the beginning of 2021, and will be continuing with my 100-hour certification this fall.
My children’s classes offer a playful environment that include games, stories, and music where children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises that help cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve fine motor skills, improve concentration, and help them understand how to identify and manage their feelings.
My prenatal classes focus on poses specifically designed for pregnant women in order to increase strength, flexibility, and to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for an easier and more comfortable labor.
I am honored to teach yoga, helping to bring balance, awareness, health, and happiness into other’s lives because we all deserve to experience how great our bodies were designed to feel.
