She also completed an Ayurvedic Psychology: Spiritual Counseling course and assists individuals who are ready to dive deep into their psyche to remove unwanted habits & limiting beliefs. As a result, moving them towards their higher purpose & higher self. She merges all of these practices together; for Ayurveda & yoga are inseparable, giving students multiple modalities for reaching a higher state of health & well-being!

Second Workshop: “Ayurveda; The Science of Life’
Description: In this workshop you will have the opportunity to learn the principles of health according to Ayurveda. Ayurveda, which translates to the “Science of life” or “Knowledge of longevity” is an ancient health care system that works to bring your body into a state of balance & harmony by syncing up the natural rhythms and cycles of nature. This prevention-based system works to eliminate the root cause of disease and prolong your state of health & happiness through simple dietary recommendations, lifestyle routines and self-care practices that are unique to you based on your mind/body type!
Third Workshop: “Kindling Agni; Your Digestive Fire”
Description: In this workshop you will be given Ayurveda’s top recommendations on how to stimulate your Agni (digestive fire).
In Ayurveda, maintaining a healthy digestion is imperative to health. Not only does a healthy digestion help to assimilate food and remove toxins but it also helps you to digest and process your emotions, thoughts and experiences. Together we will discuss the power of having a strong digestive fire, how to kindle this fire also maintain it. You will receive simple tips and tools you can use within your diet and lifestyle to evolve towards a higher state of health & well-being!
