HARVEST
There comes a point in the year when the energy begins to change.
Summer has asked us to move, create, gather, travel, tend, stretch, show up and keep going. Then autumn arrives with a different invitation.
Slow down.
Notice what has grown.
Celebrate what came to life.
Release what no longer needs to come with you.
HARVEST is a one-day mini-festival created around that seasonal shift. A full day of movement, wellness, creativity, nourishment, connection and space to turn inward, held on a beautiful country property just outside of Ann Arbor.
This is not about becoming a better version of yourself before winter.
It is about noticing what is already here.
What have you cultivated this year? What deserves to be celebrated? What are you ready to put down? And what do you want to carry forward?
This is your inner harvest.
What Makes HARVEST Different
HARVEST blends the freedom and variety of a festival with the intention and intimacy of a retreat.
You are not being rushed from one thing to the next. You get to choose how you spend your day, following the experiences that feel right for you.
Throughout the property, you’ll find a thoughtfully curated mix of workshops, movement, healing practices, wellness offerings and opportunities to simply be.
Some experiences will invite you inward.
Some will get you moving.
Some will help you connect.
Some might simply feel really good.
And there is space for all of it.

The day is intentionally designed so you can create your own experience.
You might spend part of the day moving your body and another part receiving something restorative. You might discover a practitioner you’ve never worked with before, sit outside with a journal, browse the vendors, meet someone new or reconnect with someone you came with.
There is no perfect way to HARVEST.
The Theme: Your Inner Harvest
Autumn reminds us that letting go is part of the cycle.
But before we release, there is also something worth acknowledging.
The growth.
The lessons.
The relationships.
The courage.
The things that worked.
The things that didn’t.
The versions of ourselves we have already outgrown.
HARVEST creates space for both sides of the season: celebration and release.
You do not need to arrive with an intention figured out.
You do not need experience with yoga, somatics, meditation or wellness practices.
You do not need to know anyone else attending.
You simply get to arrive as you are.
Who This Day Is For
HARVEST is intentionally welcoming to many different seasons of life.
Come solo.
Bring your partner.
Make it a day with your closest friends.
Come because you are celebrating something.
Come because you are grieving something.
Come because this year changed you.
Come because you are curious about wellness and healing.
Come because you want community.
Or come because spending an autumn day on a beautiful property with nourishing food, interesting experiences, a sauna and a bonfire sounds exactly like what you need.
You are invited to come as you are and feel welcome here.

Come Gather With Us
There is something powerful about marking the seasons together.
About stepping away from the constant movement of everyday life long enough to notice where you have been.
About celebrating what grew before immediately asking yourself what comes next.
About sitting beside other humans who are living through their own seasons of becoming, releasing, grieving, celebrating and beginning again.
HARVEST is a day to gather it all in.
To honor what this season has given you.
And to make space for whatever comes next.
