2026 Festival Teacher Lineup

Our teachers are the heart of this weekend. Expect yoga, movement, breathwork, sound, healing, and community led by experienced facilitators who know how to hold a room.

We are releasing teacher bios and offerings in waves. Start with the featured teachers below and check back as we add more.

  • I choose teachers the same way I build the festival. I look for integrity, skill, and the ability to guide a room with care. Some teachers are returning favorites and some are new to our community. Each one is here because their work belongs in the woods with us.

  • You can expect a mix of movement, breathwork, sound, healing, and workshops. Some sessions will be energizing and some will be deeply restorative. Come as you are, follow what your body needs, and know that it is normal to try something new or step out early if it is not the right fit.

  • Start by circling your top three sessions for the day, then leave space for rest, food, and wandering. The best moments often happen between classes. If you are coming with friends, pick one or two sessions to do together, then let everyone choose their own rhythm.
